Aquatech China — Water Technology

亚洲水技术展览会
Shanghai · SNIECAnnual
Sector pickSelling into ChinaEnvironment & Energy
International
4 / 5
Schedule: From a Chinese industry schedule — confirm with the organiser before booking
Why it matters

The Chinese edition of Amsterdam's Aquatech, so the organisation and technical framing will be familiar to a European water company. Complements IE expo: Aquatech is water-specific where IE expo spans water, waste, air and soil.

Who is in the room

Municipal water utilities, industrial water buyers, engineering contractors

Good fit for
  • Water and wastewater treatment technology suppliers
  • Pump, membrane and instrumentation makers
  • Water engineering consultancies
Watch out

Municipal water procurement in China effectively requires a local partner or licensee. Come to find one rather than to close a sale.

IE expo China — Environmental Technology

Shanghai · SNIECAnnual
Sector pickSelling into ChinaDates confirmedEnvironment & Energy

4 / 5
Why it matters

The Asian edition of IFAT and now the second-largest environmental fair in the world, covering water, waste, air and soil. Buyers are municipal utilities and industrial environmental departments — long cycles, but policy-driven budgets that are genuinely open to foreign technology.

Floor space
193,000 m²
Who is in the room

Municipal utilities, industrial EHS buyers, engineering contractors

Good fit for
  • Water and wastewater technology suppliers
  • Air-treatment and monitoring equipment makers
  • Environmental engineering consultancies
Note

Public-sector procurement means local partnership is usually mandatory, not optional. Come looking for a partner, not a purchase order.

SNEC PV+ES — Photovoltaic & Energy Storage · 20th edition

SNEC 国际太阳能光伏与储能大会暨展览会
Shanghai · NECC HongqiaoAnnual
Sector pickBoth directionsDates confirmedEnvironment & EnergyElectronics & Photonics
International
5 / 5
Schedule: Co-located with SNEC ES+ (energy storage and battery) and the SMART E smart-energy conference across the same dates
Why it matters

The largest solar and storage event in the world — 380,000 sqm, 3,000+ exhibitors, and genuinely global attendance because China dominates the supply chain. If you are a European developer, EPC or utility, this is where you meet every module, inverter and battery supplier in one place. If you sell equipment or materials into that chain, your customers are all here too.

Visitors

Who is in the room

Project developers, EPCs, utilities, equipment and materials buyers, investors

Good fit for
  • Project developers and EPCs sourcing modules and storage
  • Manufacturing equipment and materials suppliers
  • Inverter, BOS and grid technology firms
Note

Vast and exhausting. Decide before you go whether you are there to buy, to sell, or to raise money — trying to do all three achieves none.
