Do this
- Take the business licence and the legal representative's ID to a designated engraving shop
- Make the set you actually need: company seal, finance seal, contract seal, legal representative seal
- Have the company seal filed with the Public Security Bureau — the engraving shop normally files it for you

The basic account carries salaries, taxes and daily operations; the capital account is for shareholder injections.
Do this
- Book a corporate account appointment and bring the licence, seals and legal representative's ID
- Open the basic deposit account — the legal representative usually attends in person or on video
- Open the foreign-currency capital account if you are injecting capital, and register the finance seal

The approved tax category decides how often you file and which invoices you are allowed to issue.
Do this
- Register with the tax bureau for the district of your registered address
- Apply for the tax category and invoice types that fit your business (general or small-scale taxpayer)
- Set up the e-tax portal, then appoint your bookkeeper before the first filing period

Both accounts must exist before you can legally hire locally — and contributions start from the employee's first month.
Do this
- Open the social insurance account at the district human resources and social security bureau
- Open the housing fund account at the local housing fund centre
- Add each employee and set up the monthly contribution — rates follow the city

Work and residence are two separate permits — the second depends on the first.
Do this
- Register the employer account, then apply for the work permit notification before the employee travels
- After entry, apply for the work permit card
- Apply for the residence permit within 30 days of entry

The precondition for trading in your own name and receiving foreign currency.
Do this
- Register with customs as a consignee / consignor
- Register for the single-window (e-port) system
- Open the foreign-currency settlement account and complete the foreign exchange registration at the bank

Food, medical, ICP and similar activities are licensed by sector, not by the registration authority.
Do this
- Check whether your business scope triggers a pre-licence or a post-licence
- Prepare the sector documents — premises, equipment, staff qualifications
- File with the sector regulator after the business licence is issued
